Barb and I went to cabin for Christmas in 2001 to clean up a tree that had blown onto the cabin from the woodlot next door. Here are few photos of our trip.

Barb surveys the remains of the tree. At this point, we've already cut it down from leaning on the cabin.

 

The kitchen window took a real hit. Fortunately, only the outer pane of the double-pane window broke, so we removed the glass shards, and called this "repair" good enough.

 

The tree punched a hole in the attic roof ... and a kitten poster got ripped.
